Hi I'm Jennifer! I am a passionate Pilates instructor with over 17 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. I am certified by the National Pilates Certification Program as an NCPT and am also a Reiki Master. I hold a degree in Exercise Science with a background in adapted physical activity and gerontology.
I specialize in making movement accessible for all ages and abilities, blending my expertise in Pilates and energy healing to create a holistic wellness experience. My approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and balance through mindful movement, ensuring that every class is both empowering and transformative.
As the lead instructor at Vibrant Soul Pilates & Wellness, I am dedicated to mentoring new instructors, developing innovative programs, and helping clients reach their wellness goals through personalized training.
My favorite prop is the resistance band! I love how it enhances any exercise and creates muscle endurance and strength.
Fun fact: I firmly believe that a day without movement is like a day without my favorite teas—simply incomplete!
I bring a unique blend of passion for social good and a love for movement to the studio. By day, I work in philanthropy, making a difference in the world through my dedication to social impact, humanity, and equity. In the studio, I hope to empower others to find strength, flexibility, and inner peace through the transformative practice of Pilates.
Having loved Pilates for years, I am thrilled to share my enthusiasm and expertise with my students. Currently completing my comprehensive Pilates certification through Balanced Body, I have extensive experience instructing on Pilates reformer and apparatus machines. My classes are thoughtfully designed to leverage these tools, offering a workout that is both highly effective and tailored to individual needs. Pilates is not just exercise—it’s a practice that enhances strength, improves posture, and promotes a deep connection to the body.
More than just fitness, I believe in building a community around movement. My philosophy is rooted in moving with purpose and embracing wellness as a way of life. Through Pilates, I strive to help others develop mindful movement patterns that enhance everyday life, foster long-term vitality, and create a deep sense of well-being. My goal is to support each student in building strength and flexibility while cultivating a holistic approach to wellness that nourishes both body and mind.
Hi, I’m Hannah! Along with being a fitness coach/instructor, I am also a certified Holistic Nutritionist. Exercise and being healthy was always a part of my life, but it became a priority to me in my late adolescence when I started feeling the effects of rheumatoid arthritis, which runs in my family. Now being the healthiest version of myself is non-negotiable, and Pilates is something that makes doing that easy!
Favorite exercise / prop - Body weight exercises are my favorite because I love the versatility of being able to workout anywhere/anytime.
Fun fact - I have a huge (and possibly never ending) perfume collection.
I have been using my body therapeutically my entire life. As a former professional dancer in ballet and modern dance, movement has always been at the center of my world. For the past 20 years, I have been teaching in fitness, health, and wellness as an ACE-certified fitness instructor, dance teacher, board-certified health coach, and licensed massage therapist. Pilates was an integral part of my cross-training during my dance years, and it continues to be a foundational part of my approach to movement and well-being.
I am a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, the Swedish Institute: College of Health Sciences, The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and the Institute of Functional Medicine’s Coaching Academy. I also hold national board certification from the National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching.
At this point in my life, the simple yoga block might be my favorite prop for assists in meditative stretching (while hiding from my boisterous kids). When I’m not thinking about bodies and health, you can usually find me indulging in my other passion—music and singing. Whether on stage a few times a year or at a karaoke bar, I love performing in local opera and theater!
Aging gracefully can be challenging. I started taking Pilates to rebuild my core after my hysterectomy. My “a-ha” moment of feeling how everything stems from the core happened through body weight exercises and this excited me to know end!!
I became an instructor last year to help others achieve those moments and to incorporate Pilates into the Yoga classes I teach. In 2012, I earned my 200-hr. Yoga Alliance certification. My Pilates classes, much like my Yoga classes, are challenging, fun, and guided by an intention to allow participants to deepen their mind-body connection. I grew up dancing and although my dreams of being Madonna’s back-up dancer did not pan out, being a fitness instructor allows me to still honor my skills and all the feels I experienced in the dance studio!
Fun Fact: I was a member of a hip-hop dance group in Boston, MA!
Hi, I'm Priscilla! I'm a certified mat Pilates instructor with over four years of practice and a NETA certification in mat Pilates. My journey into Pilates started like many others—I was spending a lot of time hunched over my computer and phone, and over time, I began to notice a shift in my posture. That's when I turned to Pilates to help realign my body and strengthen my core. Now, I specialize in spinal alignment, deep stretching, and helping others improve their posture, flexibility, and overall strength. Having experienced the transformative benefits of Pilates myself, I love guiding others toward better physical well-being with a supportive and empowering approach. Outside of teaching, I enjoy cooking, hosting dinner parties, and organizing my signature “Pilates and Plates” events, where I blend wellness with community. My favorite mat exercise is the spine stretch forward—it’s a great way to release tension throughout the entire body.
Get ready to feel the Pilates shakes! After playing soccer through college and high school, I spent several years practicing Pilates while also working within the industry. I became Comprehensively Certified to teach Mat and Reformer Pilates with a speciality in Scoliosis after realizing all of the wonderful benefits the practice can provide! I strive to create a welcoming environment for every session, and to have everyone fall in love with Pilates!
I decided to become a Pilates instructor during the slow days of the pandemic when I was doing a lot of mat Pilates. I love many types of exercise including weight lifting, kayaking, yoga and have found I am stronger and have better form in all exercise I do now (and wish I had done Pilates as a college swimmer).
I am a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor trained in teaching many pieces of Pilates equipment along with mat. My favorite prop is currently the foam roller- I just got one for myself and I love the variety of exercises you can do, both stretching and strengthening, along with the rolling out of the muscles and fascia, which is especially nice after working on my feet all day. My favorite Pilates movement is teaser – it’s empowering and uniquely Pilates!
I also work as a photographer which has enabled me to work and travel all over the world; I consider New Zealand one of my favorite places.
Hi, I’m Kihei! As a former collegiate athlete with a lifelong passion for fitness, I bring a balanced approach to training. While I thrive on the challenge of a high-intensity workout, I hold deep appreciation for the restorative benefits of yoga, Pilates, and other low-impact movement formats. I am a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and mental health therapist. Blending these knowledge bases together, my ultimate goal is to help folks find renewed self-confidence through building physical strength and resilience.
My favorite props right now are floor gliders! Whether in a plank or lunge, gliders turn even the simplest of exercises into a humbling full-body challenge!
Hi, I’m Tricia! I’m a professional dance performer, movement teacher, and Pilates instructor through Breathe Education. I first fell in love with Pilates through injury rehab while studying at the Boston Conservatory, and from there, I’ve been on a mission to help others experience the healing power of movement.
My favorite reformer exercises are the snake and twist—they leave me feeling strong and accomplished every time.
Outside the studio, I’ve been lucky enough to perform internationally and absolutely love to travel!
Hi I’m Samantha! I’m certified in Mat Pilates through PHI Pilates and have recently expanded my training to include the reformer. I support wellness through movement, mindfulness, and spiritual alignment. I began teaching as a way to reconnect with my body after childbirth and to manage stress in a grounded, natural way. My passion lies in merging mindful movement, spiritual wellness, and inner peace to support people in all seasons of life.
Yoga blocks are my go-to prop, they’re incredibly versatile for supporting alignment, offering modifications, or adding challenge to a flow depending on what your body needs that day. One of my favorite Pilates moves is the C-curve pulse; it helps me slow down, center myself, and feel every layer of my core activate with intention.
I’m also a homeschooling mom of two who loves life! Making the most out of everything, everywhere and creating flows inspired by my body’s natural hormonal rhythms.
Hi, I’m Anea Michelle—a 500-hour RYT yoga teacher, certified Pilates instructor, and trained sound healer with a background in mindfulness and accessibility-focused movement. I was drawn to teaching through my own journey with the healing power of movement, breath, and storytelling.
I love incorporating yoga blocks, resistance bands, and anything that helps people feel supported and surprised by their own strength.
Fun fact: If I’m not reading or sipping coffee, you’ll probably find me talking to strangers in bookstores like we’ve known each other forever.
