Schedule it like you would anything that matters. If you’ve ever skipped class because you “just got too busy,” you’re not alone. That’s why booking your classes in advance (just like a dentist appointment or dinner with a friend) can make a huge difference. When it’s already on the calendar, it’s easier to honor. Explore new class times that fit your summer flow. Your energy might feel different this time of year, and that’s okay. Maybe early mornings feel better now, or maybe evenings are when you truly unwind. Try mixing up your schedule and seeing what feels best for your body right now.
Consistent movement matters, even short Pilates sessions. One class. One reset. One hour to yourself. Even if you can’t make it to the studio as often, a single equipment circuit or mat class can create a ripple effect in your day.
